Agile Capability Lead, Accenture Federal Services

With three decades of hands-on experience, and having trained thousands in agile ways of working, Mike works across all Accenture’s U.S. Federal accounts at the Advanced Technology Center in San Antonio, TX. He has broad IT experience in multiple industries and in various capabilities, including solutions engineering, enterprise transformation and extensive experience in project management, both traditional and Agile. Mike’s focus is on product delivery, promoting awareness and adoption of Lean-Agile values, principles, processes, and technical practices; consulting with federal agency customers and account teams on effective patterns for transformation and high-quality delivery; and providing thought leadership to enable accounts to grow their Lean-Agile SDLC practice.
