Her unwavering commitment to creating unparalleled customer experiences extends across an array of vertical markets, including financial services (retail banking and investment banking), biotechnology, luxury retail, cybersecurity, aeronautics and aviation, and high-tech startups.

As the CEO of a customer experience (CX) consulting firm, Nancy led successful CX initiatives for top brands including Delta Air Lines, Genentech, and International Airlines Group.

As an executive CX leader for a global $1 billion+ cybersecurity company in Silicon Valley, Nancy and her team created a competitive advantage by building a differentiated customer experience that resulted in 25% growth in a two-year period for a market growing 3% annually. Nancy and her team used an outside-in approach and worked cross-functionally to reduce friction in key customer journeys — resulting in a 17% increase in Net Promoter Score.

Nancy has led global initiatives in 18 countries across five continents and holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.

In her free time, Nancy is an advisor to a seed-stage venture capital firm focused on financial inclusion and climate change.
