Throughout her 20+ years at Verizon, Natalie has cultivated extensive expertise across Sales and Marketing, holding leadership roles in Global Enterprise, Government Sales, and Marketing Science to reach her current position as Director of Business Intelligence for Experience Strategy. In this strategic capacity, she leads a high-impact team that leverages AI-driven insights and predictive modeling to deliver business transformation across the Verizon Business Group. Natalie manages critical national programs—including social media CX listening, network transparency, and mandate compliance—while steering strategic initiatives that enhance both internal and external customer experiences. Committed to professional growth and community, she is currently pursuing an MBA (class of 2027) and remains an active volunteer for the Kansas City Youth program, Special Olympics and KC Women in Technology.
