Nihal Dindar Akin is an Associate Partner at McKinsey based in Istanbul. She is among core leaders of McKinsey EMEA Data &Technology practice. She has helped dozens of organizations in their technology and data transformations where talent transformation forms the core. Nihal has joined McKinsey after her PhD in data stream processing from ETH Zurich. She has two boys with ages of 4 and 7; enjoys exploring the world from their eyes and getting surprised each time.
