Head of Channels Management and Everyday Banking Journey, Intesa Sanpaolo

Paola Laruffa is Head of “Channels Management and Everyday Banking” and is in charge for managing the customer experience on digital channels (apps, web and ATM).

She graduated from University of Turin in Economy of Financial Markets, and after the degree she joined Intesa Sanpaolo after working in the software industry with an experience on web design.

In Intesa Sanpaolo she started from the first website the Bank delivered, and then she spent a few years in the retail banking and high net worth individual areas.

Then she joined the digital transformation project and today she manages the team that builds the digital solutions for the banks of the Group.
