Paul has 20 years of experience living and working in Asia, having held roles in sales and marketing in B2B and B2C. He has managed outbound telemarketing operations in various Asian and Pacific markets and managed sales reporting and external sales channel commissions payment teams in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining Forrester, Paul was responsible for marketing operations in APAC for American Power Conversion and then Schneider Electric. He was responsible for ensuring successful implementation and ongoing management of annual and quarterly planning and budgeting, measurement and analysis quarterly reviews and associated scorecards, demand generation, and competency management and training.
Paul served in the Royal Air Force for six years as a commissioned officer, specializing in air logistics. He has a BA in sports studies from the University of Chichester in the U.K.
