Vice President – Sales Performance, Penske Truck Leasing

Phillip Feger is the Vice President of Sales Performance for Penske Truck Leasing. Phil has been with Penske since 2001 where he spent time leading teams in both their field and corporate sales/revenue generation teams. Throughout Phil’s early career, he was a direct sales associate for Penske in various metropolitan and rural marketplaces in the Northeast region of the US. In the early 2010’s Phil contributed by leading field sales teams, earning him the receipt of the companies highest sales award, Winner’s Circle award, six times before accepting the role of Vice President of Sales Performance in 2018.

Since 2018, Phil has been responsible for leading Penske’s lead generation team, financial support for sales team, sales performance optimization team, corporate and field sales strategy development, asset management team as well as serving as a key stakeholder on Penske’s sales compensation transformation team. Phil currently resides in Reading, PA with his wife Nikki and his two children Abby (16) and AJ (14). In his free time, Phil enjoys spending time with his family’s two golden retrievers, Duke and Ella, and traveling to Universal Studio’s in Orlando, FL.
