CIO, Macquarie Banking and Financial Services (BFS)

Richard is the CIO for the Macquarie Banking and Financial Services.

Richard joined Macquarie in 2014 and leads the Technology team in BFS and is responsible for the management and operation of all technology services for BFS – the primary relationship manager for Macquarie’s retail client base.

The BFS Technology Team located in Sydney, Manila and Gurugram. #Enterprise Agile and #DevOps is the business- wide operating model and culture which has introduced a big change in how the team thinks, acts and approaches work every day.

BFS are one of the fastest growing banks in Australia and are a technology led organisation that is focused on digital experiences.
