Customer Experience Director, Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut
Sera has been a customer experience practitioner and advocate for over 15 years. With a background in financial data analysis, Sera brings a fresh perspective to customer experience through the marriage of analytical and experiential data. Sera pairs her CX team with Delta Dental’s Data Science team to explore the uses of AI and accompanying insights to continuously evolve the customer experience to meet current needs and anticipate future demands. Her team’s CX mission is to empower healthy smiles in service and support of their corporate mission of providing accessible dental benefit programs of the highest quality, service, and value to their customers and community.
Sera has served on the Customer Experience Advisory Boards at Rutgers University and Seton Hall University. Before joining Delta Dental seven years ago, Sera had a 20+ year career in Financial Services.
