Shaili Desai

Principal Consultant, Forrester

Shaili Desai is a Princiapal Consultant within Forrester’s Strategy Consulting team, specializing in customer experience (CX) and digital transformation. With a focus on designing and implementing customer experience programs, Shaili has successfully led the orchestration, solution development, and delivery of 100+ client engagements. Her expertise lies in utilizing research and consulting frameworks to develop outside-in analyses and recommendations, enabling clients to compete in the ever-evolving digital and customer experience landscape.

Areas of Expertise: Shaili’s expertise extends to helping clients establish and scale their CX functions, gather and analyze customer data for insights, design experiences that drive loyalty through journey mapping and digital experience reviews and measuring CX performance.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to Forrester, Shaili was Vice President of Operations at a technical services firm where she oversaw strategy and growth at Real Soft, Inc. Prior to Forrester and Real Soft, Inc., Shaili worked for Accenture where she helped Fortune 100 firms implement technical solutions within Accenture’s Finance and Risk vertical as the lead liaison between the business and technology teams.
