Sherri Kotman

Chief People Officer, Forrester

As chief people officer, Sherri Kottmann leads the employee experience organization and focuses on talent strategy, leadership development, executive coaching, experience design, and cultural transformation. She is responsible for driving innovation and making Forrester’s people strategy a competitive advantage for the firm.

Sherri is a 10-year Forrester veteran, having served as director of strategic growth; VP, performance, leadership, and culture; and, most recently, interim chief people officer. Prior to Forrester, Sherri worked as director of HR at EF Educational Tours. She began her career in sales and sales leadership.

Sherri holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Miami University.
