Sophie Heller is Chief Transformation Officer of Retail Banking & Services at BNP Paribas with the mission to help the various BNP Paribas Retail banking businesses to transition their business models, enhancing customer experience. She has worked for ING Direct, where her last position was Head of Retail Banking. Before joining ING, Sophie was Chief Marketing Officer and Sales Director at LaSer Group subsidiaries Mediatis and Equilon. Sophie is a graduate of the ESSEC business school in Paris.
