Stacy Brooks leads Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and Data Science Reskill strategy development for Humana’s Digital Health Analytics organization. In this capacity Stacy works across his organization with matrixed and cross functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and analysts as well as other non-technical and digital professionals to develop new protocols, products, and core practices enabling our talent and business strategies to leverage the generative value of equity to its competitive advantage in the future workplace.

Stacy began his Humana journey developing learning curriculum for operations training. Holding Master’s degrees in Pan African Studies and Applied Anthropology he is currently in candidacy status for a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Stacy is a self-described military mama’s boy, a California-born Chicago-raised Louisville, Kentucky transplant, and an enthusiastic life-long learner. He is married to his wife, Lucie, of ten years and is father to 4 boys.
