“Execution is at the heart of every strategy.” Sylvain Tremblay is Chief Revenue Officer at Uniphore, responsible for developing the company’s long-term strategic goals to drive performance and generate growth. Prior to this role, Sylvain was SVP of Uniphore’s Video AI and Emotion Intelligence (EQ) solutions where he led the development and marketing introduction of the next generation of conversational intelligence applications. With more than 25+ years of experience, Sylvain has led transformational change and driven innovation at scale for numerous organizations. His “people first” leadership style always carries through to create winning teams and a culture of accountability and execution that achieves results. Sylvain is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global leadership, customer success, enterprise, and commercial sales. He has worked in a variety of industries from startups to Fortune 100 Companies. Prior to Uniphore, Sylvain held leadership positions at Cisco where he led the innovation strategy and implementation of the company’s first AI and analytics-based sales motion and the digitization of Cisco’s customer lifecycle experience. Sylvain is well-known in the industry for his expertise in change management, accelerated team performance, cross-functional leadership, simplicity of approach, and emotional intelligence. Formerly Sylvain holds an engineering degree from the “Université de Sherbrooke” and Postgraduate coursework from McGill University’s International Business program and UCLA. Originally from Quebec, Canada, Sylvain now resides in Nashville with his family.
