Tracey Pankhurst is a Senior CX Strategist at Reputation. Originally joining in May 2022, Tracey works closely with both customers and potential customers for Reputation, helping them to optimise and improve their Customer Experience processes. Prior to Reputation, Tracey spent over 7 years at InMoment across a number of roles, including as their Insights Director.
