Valentina is a CX specialist and strategic programme director with 35+ years’ experience planning and delivering better customer experiences, improved performance, reduced costs and growth.
Her focus has been on CX improvement since 2015, but her background is broad, spanning strategic planning, business development, IP licensing, product management, marketing, customer operations and general management. In addition to working in telecommunications, she also spent many years the computer games and early consumer internet industries.
Her core skills are built on a UCLA MBA, a computer science BA, and four years as an operations & IT consultant with Deloitte in Los Angeles and London. Currently responsible for CX Measurement with Vodafone Group Business, Valentina previously led the consumer customer operations and CX consultancy practice area within Vodafone Partner Markets.
