Victoria Wadsworth

Associate Vice President - Brand, Customer Experience, Business Public Relations, Agilent

Victoria Wadsworth currently manages Brand, CX and Business Public Relations at Agilent Technologies NYSE (A). As a relative newcomer into the world of Customer Experience Victoria assumed the position of Associate Vice President at Agilent Technologies in February 2020, bringing her passion to lead and develop teams and promote stories that champion brand values, translating them into tangible programs to unite and excite organizations and to enable customer-based decision making.

Throughout her career, she has striven to ensure the voice of customer has been embodied in all aspects of product lifecycle management from early product development and commercialization, as well as product and company advocacy. With 20 plus years’ experience in sales and global marketing leadership, including roles in product management, marketing and executive communications, public relations, branding, media relations, key opinion leader management, M&A and commercialization, Victoria brings an extensive personal experience and unique perspective into Customer Experience.

With an education in humanities and a passion for volunteerism, Victoria’s passion is developing teams to work creatively and develop novel approaches to established ways of working and looking for unique ways to continuously improve and activate commercial programs to build brand loyalty and differentiation.

Harnessing the company culture to build connections and create strong networks across organizations and democratizing CX to enable all employees to live the brand and activate the CX vision is a key priority, as is enabling transformation of customer experience from a series of improvements to a corporate imperative. Victoria is also adept at translating complex technical information into customer focused stories which drive customer understanding and advocacy within the organization to help executives, colleagues, scientists understand the customer and drive investments and priorities. Drawing from her extensive communication expertise, Victoria continues to help executives and customers alike, articulate how their work is advancing science, promoting improvements in human health, and changing the world we live in for the better.

Victoria currently sits on Agilent’s marketing board and co-chairs the brand council, is a member of the commercialization center of excellence and several executive leadership teams.

Victoria, her partner and her bonus children have two dogs and are about to move into a brewery in Copenhagen! In her free time Victoria is a licensed lay minister in the church of England, a volunteer for Age Concern and enjoys gardening, patchwork and all things creative
