US workers continue to be concerned for themselves personally and at work, yet there is a gradual softening of acute concern as this state becomes their “adjusted normal.” Some employers still can’t rise to the occasion: After climbing in month one, confidence in employers has leveled off at between 60% and 65%, depending on the way we ask our questions.
