How US Employees Feel About COVID-19 After Two Months: A PandemicEX Survey Update

Summary

Forrester’s PandemicEX survey reveals the employee experience of 1,513 employed US adults; we fielded this survey in waves at one-month intervals between early March and early May. Leaders in charge of US workforce management strategies should review our latest data to understand employees’ concerns. US workers continue to be concerned for themselves personally and at work, yet there is a gradual softening of acute concern as this state becomes their “adjusted normal.” Some employers still can’t rise to the occasion: After climbing in month one, confidence in employers has leveled off at between 60% and 65%, depending on the way we ask our questions.
