Why are there so few good mobile apps for business-to-business (B2B) eCommerce? Neither of the two Bs in B2B is currently doing enough to support mobile, employee-driven purchases. People who need products or services for work reasons face a choice between sellers' apps that lack vital B2B features and their companies' overly restrictive buy-side eProcurement apps. This report describes what application and development (AD&D) leaders on both sides of B2B eCommerce can do to align the needs of end users with organizational purchasing needs.
