Budget benchmarks help digital teams understand their level of investment compared to their peers. Nine in 10 organizations have dedicated budget for digital initiatives. However, in most organizations, multiple people or functions own this budget. Where budget is shared, the CIO office is the most common source of funding, followed by the CFO, CEO, and head of digital.
