Summary

Despite the feverish rush to Social Computing technologies, AR would be well advised to proceed with caution and monitor results closely before making large commitments. Industry analysts at larger firms are slowly beginning to experiment with blogging, but mostly as a way to push information out. A new Forrester survey of industry analysts finds that the overwhelming majority don't use vendor blogs as an information source for a variety of reasons.
