Workplace wellness initiatives are gaining momentum in corporate benefits plans. But even the best-laid plans won't work if benefits administrators can't entice employees to participate. The good news: Forrester's Consumer Technographics® research shows that employees are enthusiastic about some incentives that encourage their involvement in wellness programs. The impact of these incentives, however, differs significantly across age groups. Benefits administrators will need to get creative with incentive structures to engage their staffs.
