The European outsourcing market has continued to see a high level of activity over the past 24 months, with Forrester tracking 340 deals in 2010 and 220 deals in the first half of 2011. However, as the industry matures, the nature of buyer activity has undergone a series of shifts with regard to services being outsourced, as well as specific deal characteristics. This document outlines some of the key findings of a survey of leading outsourcing providers in Europe from 2008 to 2011.
