The Forrester Readiness Index (FRI) for digital marketing is a quantitative assessment that provides insights into the digital marketing environment and opportunity of 55 countries across the globe through 23 quantitative variables. It is useful when prioritizing the opportunities for global expansion because it helps in benchmarking one country against another on different quantitative variables related to digital marketing. We provide the FRI for digital marketing as an interactive Excel-based tool that allows country-level and variable-level comparisons.
