To help you assess the maturity of your need-to-revenue marketing (N2RM) program, Forrester has developed an assessment framework, comprising 20 criteria across five competencies: strategy, structure, process, measurement, and technology. Forrester’s N2RM maturity framework places organizations in one of three maturity levels. These levels help marketing leaders identify the current state of their program and pinpoint specific improvements that will help them reach the next stage. This report and the companion assessment tool will help B2B marketers identify required capabilities and existing gaps.
