In January 2009, Forrester released a 100-criteria evaluation of the top enterprise-class eCommerce platform vendors known as the Forrester Wave™. In anticipation of the 2010 business-to-consumer (B2C) eCommerce platform Wave, we wanted to take the opportunity to provide updates on the so-called "class of 2009" and the major developments tied to their product, road map, and strategy.
