Forrester forecasts that web-influenced sales will grow at a five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 35.5%. The forecast focuses on the importance of omnichannel retailing, especially in categories with a high penetration of organized retail, including apparel, footwear, and consumer electronics.
