Summary

As enterprise architect (EA) leaders seek to provide more value to their businesses, they look at their EA practice maturity and determine how to improve it. Many EA leaders use Forrester's enterprise architect maturity assessment to see their strengths and weaknesses and relate these to their programs' missions. Members of Forrester's Enterprise Architecture Council who complete the self-assessment receive a complimentary review by Forrester EA analysts. This report looks at the self-assessments of a subset of EA Council members over the past four years and analyzes patterns we have found in them.
