SaaS adoption continues to accelerate across APEJ. This report focuses on adoption trends and deployment patterns, demand drivers and barriers, SaaS solutions in demand, and channel usage and preferences. Survey data within the report is a result of over 450 interviews with CIOs, IT managers, and line of business managers from Australia/New Zealand, Greater China, India, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
