Much of the information used in the course of doing business today exists in a digital format, and there comes a point when it's necessary to share this data with other employees or key business partners. From the administrative assistant emailing meeting notes to the boss, to the graphic designer sending the latest mockup to the product marketer, file sharing happens in a variety of ways: email and network drives; USB sticks; CDs/DVDs; consumer file-sharing tools such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and SugarSync; and more.
