Over the past 25 years, since the first automated job scheduler was put on the market, the available solutions have evolved to adapt to different platforms and application technologies. There have been temporary spikes in market growth, but the market is generally considered very stable and mature. Outside of a technology evolution in platforms and applications that would mandate a product change — and which is not on the horizon today — we anticipate that this market will only grow in sync with the evolution of the platform market.
