Summary

For the past seven years, Forrester has been tracking consumers' online and offline behavior in Asia Pacific. As in recent years, this dedicated report helps companies understand the online and mobile behaviors of consumers in metropolitan China, metropolitan India, and Japan — and how these change over time. This year's Asia Pacific data shows the continuous growth of social activities and how mobiles are replacing PCs as the device of choice for Asia Pacific consumers. China, India, and Japan are all at different stages of technology adoption, due to a combination of availability, cost, and culture.
