As the global pandemic sent hundreds of thousands of employees to work from home overnight, Zoom quickly rose to worldwide prominence as a central enabling technology. But just as quickly, Zoom came under intense scrutiny and justifiable criticism for significant product security and privacy lapses. This report provides insight into the many security and privacy flaws discovered about Zoom in early 2020 and gives guidance to security and risk leaders at organizations considering, currently using, or planning to investigate Zoom in the future.
