When developing planning processes, many B2B organizations fail to consider readiness — a critical factor for achieving performance goals. By using the Forrester Intelligent Growth® Readiness Framework, Alfresco created a planning process that ensured it was ready to execute against its chosen growth pillars. In this case study, we describe how Alfresco applied Forrester’s frameworks and templates to implement a new planning process that achieved better cross-functional alignment and improved performance.
