Summary

In this course, you’ll learn how to collect and analyze data to provide customer insights that you can use to improve the customer experience (CX). To help the company provide the right experiences to customers, CX leaders must understand how customers behave, what motivates them, and how they feel about their experiences. This is an on-demand course that you can access and complete at your convenience. It takes 2 to 3 hours to finish and includes a series of short lessons (typically under 40 minutes each), a final project, and an exam. When you finish the course, you’ll have a completed CX Success Improvement Plan to help collect and analyze data for customer insights.
