In this course, you’ll establish a solid foundation for journey mapping research. This is an on-demand course that you can access and complete at your convenience. It takes 2 to 3 hours to finish and includes a series of short lessons (typically under 45 minutes each), a final project, and an exam. When you finish the course, you’ll have a completed Ongoing Research Planner to describe your journey and understand what you need to monitor and how to drive action when needed.
