Summary

In this course, you’ll learn how to advance your experience design practices, embed responsible design into your company’s operating model, and navigate designing for emerging technologies. This is an on-demand course that you can access and complete at your convenience. It takes 2 to 3 hours to finish and includes a series of short lessons (typically around 30 minutes each), a final project, and an exam. When you finish the course, you’ll have a completed Design Action Plan On A Page to help you identify next steps for advancing your design work within the context of your goals, along with credit that you can apply toward an upcoming CX certification program.
