Enterprise architecture (EA) stakeholder support is critical to EA program success. Without stakeholders' continued buy-in and support, EA strategies will go nowhere. But a little bit of attention can go a long way. Architects can significantly increase their program's impact by accurately identifying EA stakeholders, assessing their current level of support, and developing strategies to increase stakeholder support. Increased stakeholder support at any level starts a virtuous cycle of EA value.
