Customer advisory boards (CABs) are an excellent — though expensive — mechanism for organizations to engage with their most important and influential customers. Adding virtual CABs to the advisory board strategy can help customer marketers drive deeper and broader engagement in a variety of ways. As with in-person CABs, organizations must use proper preparation and engagement techniques to conduct virtual CABs.
