Modern B2B organizations are taking steps to empower their staff to make fact-based decisions — and reliance on untrusted data reports or gut instinct is being relegated to history. Although organizations frequently discuss the importance of the ability to make data-based decisions, few clearly understand the meaning of this concept and its implications for employees and organizational processes. In this report, we address the steps an organization must follow to assess its current data decision-making proficiency and the actions it must take to instigate a facts-first mentality.
