As part of our research into the developer experience, we asked 47 advocates, leaders, vendors, and developers to tell us about their experiences and those of their coworkers. Our study sought to identify areas for improvement in the software developer experience, both organizationally and within teams. We heard about resourcing issues, misaligned goals, and management’s failure to understand key parts of the software development process.
