Enterprise architecture (EA) leaders still struggle to communicate EA’s value effectively. Forrester’s Modern Technology Operations Survey, 2023, shows that while 68% of global digital and IT professionals say their technology organization effectively communicates EA’s value proposition, there are significant differences between countries. In France, 84% claim clear communication; in the UK, only 54%. Unsurprisingly, 15% of digital and IT pros in the UK don’t think that their organization clearly communicates EA’s value proposition, followed by Germany (13%), the US (10%), Australia (6%), and France (4%). These figures are consistent with our previous findings on EA values understanding.
