Summary

This report is our overview of the workforce’s device usage, BYO behaviors and attitudes, and mobile device app usage based on Forrester’s Global Business Technographics® Telecommunications And Mobility Workforce Survey, 2016. We analyzed the data by region, company size, and mobile versus nonmobile workers. Our analysis shows that mobile device usage, including wearables, is on the rise and that workers at small and midsize businesses tend to pay for their own apps more than enterprise workers do. Marketers, product managers, and market strategists can use this report to build their knowledge of workers’ mobile behaviors.
