Future fit organizations have resilience, enabling them to maintain customers’ trust by delivering on the brand promise regardless of unforeseen events or crises. This level of flexibility and responsiveness requires outside-the-box, innovative thinking about the risk landscape and incident response options — a point dramatically visible in Forrester’s Future Fit Survey, 2022. In this survey, 87% of business and technology professionals at future fit organizations strongly agreed that innovation was critical to making their organizations more resilient, compared with just 21% at traditional organizations.
