In Forrester’s Future Fit Survey, 2022, 43% of business and technology professionals at future fit organizations described using open, scalable, adaptive platforms instead of individual technology stacks as a higher priority, compared to just 19% of their peers at traditional IT organizations. They’re rejecting traditional single-stack-per-function thinking about enterprise software that creates digital sameness, software sprawl, and vendor lock-in.
