HCM Buyer Satisfaction, 2023: Payroll Category

According to Forrester’s Software 1 Survey, 2023, 75% of global software decision-makers report that their organizations are adopting a payroll software vendor. Of those organizations who have a primary provider, 68% report that they’re satisfied with their existing payroll product and plan to keep it, an 8% increase in satisfaction from 2022. Another 23% of organizations are evaluating or planning to replace it with another product from the same vendor, a 7% decrease from 2022. HR and IT leaders should review their payroll solution’s capabilities and roadmap to determine whether it’ll meet their current and future needs.
