Talent management software is an essential part of a growing organization’s tech infrastructure. Forrester’s Software 1 Survey, 2023, shows that 65% of global software decision-makers at organizations that have already adopted or plan to adopt talent management software are satisfied with their existing solution, an increase of 10% from 2022. Just 25% are evaluating or planning to replace the software with a different product from the same vendor, a decrease in 7% from 2022. HR and IT leaders need to continuously survey the market to make sure they take advantage of emerging talent management capabilities.
