This capability serves as the system of record for employee transactions within the enterprise and is often the center of gravity for human capital management tech stacks. Most respondents (61%) with a primary provider for core HR are satisfied with their vendor, with an additional 29% indicating that they would shift to a different product from the same vendor. Only 9% of those who have adopted or have plans to adopt this technology, and who have a primary vendor for it, stated that they’re looking for an alternative vendor.
