In 2022, the average quality of customer experience (CX) delivered by US brands declined for the first time since 2017. Nevertheless, a small number of brands managed to outpace customer expectations and significantly improve their Customer Experience Index (CX Index™) scores. This report highlights the success of three of these companies: Charles Schwab, Duke Energy, and Zappos.com.
