B2B companies are constantly challenged to increase their efficiency and their effectiveness. One way to address these challenges is to reduce the time spent performing tasks that can be centralized, operationalized, and automated. Besides improving productivity and value, this approach can increase the internal visibility of demand creation programs and improve governance. In this case study, we describe how Intel created timely, integrated, reusable, and scalable demand creation programs that were cost-effective and didn’t overtax subject matter experts.
